H.H. Kailashwasi Maharaj Madhavrao Jivajirao Scindia (10 March 1945 – 30 September 2001) was an Indian politician and minister from the Indian National Congress. Earlier, in 1961, he had become the titular Maharaja of Gwalior being a descendant of the Scindia dynasty of the Marathas.

ACREDITATION
Institute has taken accreditation in three branches Civil, Mechanical, Computer Science Engineering for three years in 2003. The process for further accreditation is in under progress.
LOCATION
The Institute is located at Vidisha, the historic city of Madhya Pradesh. It is just 54 Km north of Bhopal. Vidisha is well connected by Rail and Road to major cities. It is situated in Mumbai and Delhi-Chennai central Railway Route. World famous archaeological monuments like Sanchi (stups) , Udaigiri Caves, Gyaraspur temple, in the vicinity makes the city the excellent place of tourist attraction.
